Thoroughbread is one of the pioneers in the Indian Sourdough space. With a constant emphasis on reinventing ourselves, we’re also trying to stay as true as we can to the idea of Flour, Water and Salt.

We pride ourselves in using grains that are largely native to India (with the exception of Rye and a couple of other strains)
