Shelf life:
Freshest within 3 days kept in plastic or paper bag at room temperature To freshen, lightly spritz outside of loaf with water and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. If desired, freeze for up to 3 months, thaw and reheat in oven at 350° F for 10-15 minutes

The blend of high fibre flours, lends this loaf a deep, complex and nutty flavour. The high percentage of whole grain flour also brings about a mature sourness that is tremendously enjoyable.
The crust and crumb have the perfect ratio of crisp and chewiness, making it ideal for toasting
